ZoctorAI provides AI-assisted medical-report information, saved-report tools, dated biomarker tracking, longevity-oriented reports, chatbot guidance, and medical-tourism planning support. Features, report allowances, prices, and availability may differ by plan and location and are confirmed in the relevant product or checkout flow.

ZoctorAI is not a hospital, clinic, emergency service, insurer, travel agency, or licensed healthcare professional. Information generated by the service is educational and must not be treated as a diagnosis, prescription, or replacement for a qualified clinician.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only profiles and records you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You must not attempt to access another user’s data, bypass payment or entitlement controls, extract protected prompts or source code, disrupt the service, upload unlawful or malicious material, or use ZoctorAI to provide unauthorized medical advice.

Report results depend on the completeness and readability of the information supplied. Dates, units, reference ranges, laboratory methods, medications, symptoms, and clinical history can change interpretation. You remain responsible for reviewing findings and decisions with an appropriately qualified professional.

Do not use ZoctorAI for an emergency. Seek immediate local care for severe chest pain, breathing difficulty, stroke symptoms, major bleeding, loss of consciousness, rapidly worsening symptoms, or another urgent concern.

Keep your own copies of medical records and generated reports. Saved-report and repeat-download features are provided according to the active product, account status, retention policy, and service availability. ZoctorAI does not promise that every uploaded file can be read or that every report can be generated from incomplete or unsupported data.

You retain rights in material you submit. You grant ZoctorAI the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and transform that material solely to provide, secure, and support the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

A paid order exists only after ZoctorAI or its disclosed payment provider confirms it. The checkout screen is the source of truth for price, currency, taxes, billing period, report allowance, renewal terms, and refund conditions. Testing entitlements or payment placeholders do not create a production purchase or payment obligation.

Charges from hospitals, clinicians, laboratories, travel providers, and other third parties are separate from ZoctorAI fees unless a written quotation expressly says otherwise. Disputes about a third party’s services must be raised with that provider, without limiting rights available under applicable law.

Concierge information helps organize a care request and possible next steps. It does not confirm a doctor, hospital, appointment, quotation, treatment, visa, travel arrangement, insurance approval, eligibility, savings, or clinical outcome.

Before committing, independently verify clinician credentials, hospital suitability, treatment recommendations, costs, waiting times, visa and travel requirements, insurance coverage, and continuity-of-care arrangements.

ZoctorAI may link to or help you communicate with independent providers. Those providers control their services, professional decisions, availability, terms, and charges. A link, shortlist, or introduction is not a guarantee or endorsement. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may maintain, improve, replace, restrict, or discontinue features. We may suspend an account to investigate security, fraud, unlawful activity, material misuse, or a breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will provide notice and a reasonable route to resolve the issue.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ZoctorAI does not promise uninterrupted operation or that AI-generated information will be complete or error-free. You must use professional judgment and independent verification for medical, financial, legal, and travel decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, ZoctorAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the service. Any aggregate contractual liability is limited to the amount you paid ZoctorAI for the affected service during the preceding twelve months. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal and health-related information is handled. Mandatory consumer, healthcare, and data-protection rights continue to apply. A separate written order or agreement may identify the contracting entity, governing law, and dispute process for a paid or concierge service; otherwise applicable law determines those matters.
